Spas Bojanov

Spas is a mountain guide in the summer and a ski instructor in the winter. His passion for mountains and adventures has taken him around the globe. He has bicycled 6000 km coast-to-coast across the USA and hitch-hiked the entire Turkey Mediterranean coast. However, he likes Bulgaria, its mountains and people the most and always returns to them.

Spas is a cosmopolitan personality having lived and studied mathematics in France and the USA. He speaks English, French and Russian and he is working on his Spanish now.

He is the designer of our web site and is managing and guiding our mountain tours.

We are this project in the UK. We are two teachers living in Leicestershire who have discovered the beauty of Bulgaria since buying an apartment in Bansko. We use it for skiing in the winter but even more so as a base for walking in the summer. Bulgarian mountains have so much to offer. You can choose from walks in the forests or stay above tree line and enjoy alpine conditions and pristine glacial lakes.

The best way we have found to see and discover Bulgaria has been through using local guides and we have found an excellent guide in Spas.

Sava Parvanov

Sava has always had a genuine interest in nature. He has a Masters in Sociology and has a deep interest in the different countries and cultures around the world. He is very keen on cross cultural interaction in amusing and fine way.

Sava is an experienced mountain trekker and an english speaking guide. We really enjoy his great sense of humor and you will too!
